Investigation
Administration is carried out by an efficient, productive and professional team who work together in harmony, enabling them to produce an excellent service and back-up to the investigators and prosecutors. They work to strict guidelines with adherence to the Data Protection Act 1998 with all work being carried out timely and accurately as required for prosecution standards.
To assist the staff to carry out their roles the company uses the latest technology including a leading case management system incorporating a secure intelligence database. It is able to provide accurate statistics and key performance indicators plus it follows each individual case from its creation to final conclusion. All inputters onto the case management system strictly follow an agreed standardisation for data entry to ensure cross referencing and search capabilities are not compromised.
The operational staff members are sourced from investigative backgrounds where each was an expert in their own field. In order to carry out proceedings that the company instigates it retains lawyers of the highest repute. It does not outsource its work to geographical national firms as through experience it has been proved that certain firms may have no full understanding or commitment to the specialist work undertaken. The decision was therefore made to utilise the services of Russell-Cooke Solicitors who are one of the top twenty five private client law firms in the country. The company are based in London and have access to over one hundred and fifty highly regarded specialist solicitors and lawyers. Prosecutions are carried out by barristers located at 5 Paper Buildings again based in London.
